The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a FCC benefit program that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more. The federal application to apply for this benefit can be accessed here: https://www.affordableconnectivity.gov/ .
The benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward internet service for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands.
When you have completed your Federal ACP application and want to apply for the monthly discount through Axiom, please fill out the information below and submit. Once approved you should see your reduced monthly rate on your next bill.
If you are starting new service with Axiom and are currently using the ACP benefit with another provider, Axiom will transfer your information to your new Axiom account and your benefit will continue.
Maine residents can access free online training about the process of applying for this benefit if they require any additional assistance or have questions. The National Digital Equity Center (NDEC) offers this free online course. NDEC is a non-profit based in Maine. This free online course is not a requirement to access the ACP Federal benefit, it is a tool to help Maine residents understand the application process.
